Title IX at 50

Celebrating the inspirational individuals and landmark moments in the history of Title IX, and continuing to grow the educational and competitive opportunities for the future.

Please click the images below for more information on each individual.

In the 50 year celebration of Title IX, here is a great story of the many people who have helped to pave the way for female athletes, and none better than Ruth Rehn to lead the way! Please take some time to listen to the history of how girls sports evolved in South Dakota over the past 50 years. We would like to thank SDPB for putting this together in Celebration of Title IX!
